Over 25 years, Schilling Forge Inc. has been a supplier of precision forgings. It operates 11 forging hammers and five screw presses and works with both, hot and warm forgings. Located in Syracuse, N.Y., the company maintains a fully functional toolroom that includes multiaxis computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines, wire EDM, digitizing, and grinding and heat treating capabilities. It follows German forging heritage and specializes in close-tolerance, shallow cavity forgings. The company also offers a selection of more than 700 patterns, forgings that are supplied in stainless, alloy and plain carbon steels as well as high-tech or specialty alloys according to the customer requirements.
