1. Steel scope of work "Quote Estimation Value Engineering" consultant service. This contracted service always results in tangible savings to either the Owner, or GC, provides an unbiased third party perspective when evaluating proposals from steel subcontractors, and reassures the client that every effort has been made to contract the best value. 2. Steel scope of work "Drafting Submittal" service. The steel submittal drawings are above what basic drafting services present as submittals from most steel subcontractors. "Means and Methods Design" service is included with "Drafting Submittal" service, and provides the client with forward thinking representations of viable solutions with the intent of resolving any omission/conflicts existing in the contract drawings. This invaluable service is a proactive approach to address unclear architectural and engineering design intent as it currently is being depicted in contract drawings. Delegating means and methods to the builder is a common occurrence, and this service seeks to provide solutions to these unforeseen to prevent a negative impact. 3. Steel scope of work "Engineer Review" service. Steel engineer's review of steel submittal items with calculations and stamped drawings. This additional service will only be performed in conjunction with the "Drafting Submittal" service, and is conditional upon the acceptance of contract terms.
