Amyris Biotechnologies is a privately held company that offers renewable products, lubricants and polymers. The company manages a wholly owned subsidiary, Amyris Fuels, which provides fuel marketing, supply, distribution, blending and risk management solutions in the southeastern United States. The subsidiary specializes in the ethanol and petroleum markets. Amyris Biotechnologies also offers renewable fuels that reduce lifecycle emissions. The company manages a more than 14,000-square-foot facility that produces over 10,000 gallons of products. In addition, it makes products that address global energy and climate crises. Amyris Biotechnologies manages Amyris Brasil, which employs a staff of nearly 40 people in Campinas in S o Paulo.
