Colonia San Martin is a 60 unit supportive housing community located on 3 acres that serves 40 families that have at least one member being a person living with HIV/AIDS and an income at or below 30% of the area median income, and 20 families at 50% of Sacramento County's area median income. We are located approximately 1 mile away from Crossroad Gardens, another Mercy-owned and operated rental development, and less than one block away from the Florin Towne Center, a large regional mall. Colonia San Martin is a gated community consisting of 12 buildings, one of which is a 2,400 square foot community building. Our community consists of 36 1-bedroom, 18 2-bedroom, and 6 3-bedroom townhouses. The community building includes office space, multipurpose room, computer room, bathrooms, and a full-service kitchen. The common area space includes barbecue areas, community garden, orchard, grassy areas, and a playground. Property management is provided by Mercy Housing Management Group, case management provided by CARES Community Health, and resident services provided by Mercy Services.
