Forest City Stapleton is the master developer of Stapleton, a new urban development in northeast Denver. After a decade of development at Stapleton, the community has more than 14,000 residents and is home to leading corporations such as the FBI, SMA Solar Technology and Nobel/Sysco Food Services. All this activity has also moved 12.9 million tons of dirt, built 71 miles of road, and created 625 acres of parks and open space on the site of the former Stapleton International Airport.
