Incorporated in 1966, Campus Management, Inc has been serving the needs of the residential and commercial rental community in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We currently manage over 325 houses and apartments in 93 locations and retail commercial space in nine locations. Our properties are primarily located within 4 blocks of the UM central campus although we do also manage a variety of houses in neighborhoods more distant to campus and downtown Ann Arbor. CMI is a family owned and operated company. Its owners both hold graduate degrees from the University of Michigan, have over 35 years experience in the property management industry and live in Ann Arbor. CMI is a registered landlord with the University of Michigan Off-Campus Housing Office and one of its owners has served on the Off-Campus Housing Advisory Board since 1993. CMI has been a long time member of the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce and the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association where both owners have served on the board and are past presidents of the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association. CMI is also a member of the Property Management Association of Michigan and the National Apartment Association. Our company employs twelve full and part time staff members performing maintenance, leasing and administration services for our residents and commercial customers. It is our goal is provide each person with courteous and efficient service from the time when they first look at our availabilities throughout their stay in a CMI property. Our policies and procedures reflect our dedication to delivering on and protecting the promises we make to our residents when they lease from us. Our maintenance staff endeavors to provide prompt service for minor repairs and is available on a 24- hour basis for emergencies. Our office, which is centrally located downtown Ann Arbor is open Monday through Friday from 8: 30 to 5: 00 to personally serve our residents' needs.
