I grew up with real estate in my family. My grandfather was a Broker and owned West Coast Properties in Santa Barbara County from the 1930's until his passing in the late1950's. My father also worked as a realtor early in his professional career along side my grandfather. So I guess you can say it runs in the blood. Since I have become a Realtor I have had an array of real estate experience. I have worked with short sales, foreclosures and probate transactions. I have helped clients sell and buy single family residence homes, condos, town homes, mobile homes, and income property for investors. My strengths are my problem solving and negotiation skills. I also personally stage my sellers properties for free. From 20 years of working with San Diego North Coastal and Inland communities, in business and education entities, I learned how to work with individuals not against them to best serve their needs.
