Upon leaving CU, I moved to Anchorage, Alaska, and worked as an executive assistant at Cook Inlet Region, a native corporation. In this position, I was able to travel extensively through rural Alaska and even toured the North Slope with an ARCO exploration team. After moving to southern California, I started a paper company and marketed to city, state, and federal agencies interested in working with female, Native American-owned paper distribution companies. I relocated to Boulder County and received my real estate license in 1998. Started Challenge West Realty in 2006.
I have called beautiful Colorado my home since 1970! My high school sweetheart and I farmed a portion of southwest Longmont where we raised our three children, who have now blessed us with many grandchildren. After working with the City of Longmont, our farm was annexed and I began a new chapter in my life, my passion and love of the housing market.
