Christy is a real estate agent with Summer House Realty. Licensed in both GA & SC, let her extensive knowledge of the local markets help you to find a place to Love Where You Live!
I specialize in all areas of the local real estate; listing; sales and relocation. I am particularly familiar with Columbia, Richmond and Burke Counties'. Marketing homes is a big part of my real estate business. I have a 98% success rate for homes that I list. Relocation is one more way that I have an advantage over some Realtors, this is my hometown and I know the CSRA like the back of my hand. I enjoy meeting new families and relocating them to Augusta.
