Established in 1999, ROEM Builders Inc. is an offshoot of ROEM Corporation as well as the general contractor and construction management firm of ROEM Development Corporation. The separation of construction and development efforts formed new divisions, including a development entity handling acquisitions, planning, design, financing and overall project development. In early 2002, the company founded another subsidiary, MIRO Design Group, an in-house planning and architectural firm that helped in undertaking various projects and in catering to the demands of clients.
