Kingdom Keys Redevelopment, LLC (KKRD) is a new Christian-based real estate development company focused on the acquisition and rehabilitation of properties to provide affordable housing for working families. Our Core values are based upon two scriptures Psalm 27:3-4 and John 14:1-3. Kingdom Keys is unique in that God's precepts guide the way we do business. KKRD operations are two-fold: 1. Buying distressed properties that need an over-haul. 2. Renting the newly transformed properties as affordable housing. Our clients are both homeowners ready to sell and renters looking for a new home or apartment. Some single family homes will be available rent to own.
