Here at Evans Fine Homes, we believe every homeowner deserves a place that tells and preserves their unique story. Purchasing a home is an important investment; whether you plan to settle permanently or expect to move in a few years, our unique homes offer incredible value. We know that not every home buyer is created equal. This may be your first home, a temporary home, or what you hope will be a forever home. Whatever story you plan to write, we want to help you establish the best setting possible. Each and every home has its own story to tell, woven by the energies and the experiences of the family who lives there. Your home will become the setting for countless memories: birthday parties in the backyard, filled with laughter, balloons, and ice cream cake; visits from friends and relatives, eager to share stories and catch up; good food and family dinners; romances and friendships; get-togethers with loved ones; life milestones reached and surpassed; new beginnings and bittersweet endings. Your home is much more than just a space where you sleep and eat and store your belongings; it's the place where you write the story of your lifetime. If the walls of your home could in fact speak, they would tell a tale of hope, change, growth, happiness, companionship, trust, comfort, and love. Our flexible floor plans can be tailored to meet your specific needs, lifestyle, and budget. We also build energy efficient features into every home to save you money down the road...
