Locke & Headley Homes is a luxury custom home builder based in Columbia, Tennessee, serving Maury County, Williamson County, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities, including Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson's Station, and Murfreesboro. Our homes reflect the warmth of craftsman-inspired design paired with modern comfort and livability. We offer move-in-ready and under-construction homes in Estates of Carter's Station, buildable lots for custom homes, and select new homes currently being built in Columbia. For those with land of their own, we also build custom homes on client-owned lots throughout our service area. Every home is shaped by thoughtful design, careful craftsmanship, and respect for the way you live.
We build homes in neighborhoods, on single lots around town and for people who already own land in Nashville (Davidson County).
About the company. Universal Builders, LLC was founded in 2003 when Jarod and Brian set out on their own to find their spot in the construction business. Ensuring quality work and happy customers has done the co-workers well throughout the years. Through perseverance and hard work Universal builders has become a successful small business.
