Areas of inspection include, but not limited to, all structural (framing and foundation), electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, exterior and interior drainage, appliances, attached decks and pools. Also as part of our inspections, we also check for any dry rot or termite issues. We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item in our report by the time we are finished. We are available 7 days and week and normally will have your report to you within 24 hours.
