Our Home Inspections are performed by ASHI certified and insured Home Inspectors and we inspect over400 items in various catagories around the home including; Exterior Homecomponents, Electrical Systems, Roof, Foundation-Interior & Exterior, Heating&/or Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Attic, Basements or CrawlSpace, and Room by Room Review. Inspection findings are printed onsite withpictures and packaged in a easy-to-reference, three-ring binder. It is acomprehensive evaluation of the home and includes a Home Maintenance Manual, aSeasonal Maintenance Checklist, and a variety of home-related services from ourServiceMaster partner companies.
