My name is Drew Pache. I’m a licensed home inspector and Army Special Forces veteran. My family and I have lived in Alexandria since 2000. During more than two decades of service in the U.S. Army, I’ve worked methodically, often under extreme pressure, communicated clearly, and never cut corners. These are exactly the qualities I bring to each and every inspection. I started Compass Point to offer homebuyers and sellers something that can be difficult to find these days: a one-on-one experience with the person who's actually doing the work. When you hire me, you get me, not a rotating crew of contractors. I'm on every roof, in every crawlspace, and at every inspection, start to finish. After your inspection, I'll walk you through the findings in plain language and deliver a detailed, easy-to-read report, usually within 24 hours. I’m also certified to test for radon and mold. Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned homeowner, I'm here to make sure you know exactly what you're getting into before anything gets signed. Let's talk. I'd love to help you move forward with confidence. I offer my services in NorthernVirginia and DC.
