John obtained his inspection license in 2005 and has performed well over 3,000 inspections. John services McLean County and surrounding areas. What sets John apart from other local inspectors is that John has over 40 years of hands on construction experience including construction job site management, routine property maintenance, home remodels / additions and new construction. This extensive experience cannot be taught in a classroom and is invaluable when it comes to evaluating beyond the book defects. John is also infrared camera certified and uses his infrared camera on most inspections.
