I am a licensed Louisiana Home Inspector, a Licensed FAA Unmanned Aircraft Pilot (Drone Pilot) and a Baton Rouge native serving Southeast Louisiana including East Baton Rouge, Livingston, Ascension, West Feliciana, Pointe Coupee and surrounding areas. We specialize in older 100+ year old structures as well as new construction commercial and residential buildings. We offer compete inspections that include infrared thermal leak detection, microbial growth (mold) assessments, lead based paint sampling, asbestos sampling, wood destroying insect damage assessments and Chinese drywall inspections. Any of these services can be added to a stand alone roof, plumbing, electrical, structural or HVAC inspection. Laboratory testing is available for mold, asbestos, lead, Chinese drywall, water and soil. We also offer mold remediation project management from start (demolition) to finish (build back).
