My name is Liz Martin and I am a licensed home inspector in Massachusetts (#722). Home inspectors are a licensed profession in Massachusetts. I am Vice-Chair of the Board of Registration of Home Inspectors for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. My inspections are thorough, my explanations are geared to the experience of the client, and my report is clear, well written, and comprehensive. My report is a combination of checklist and narrative. It is a good balance between scanning for what the client needs, and reading the detailed explanation for what they want. * I am a member of the New England chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors * I routinely attend professional education seminars to remain current in the building and construction field. Visit my web site for a comprehensive list of seminars I have attended at www.LizMartinInspections.com * I can facilitate securing pest, radon, lead, and mold inspections
