I am a Maryland home inspector with over 9 years of experience and hundreds of inspections performed. My goal is to provide every client with a dependable, thorough and knowledgeable inspection through courteous, respectful and honest interactions. All my findings are delivered professionally in an easy-to-understand, computer-generated report within 24 hours, complete with digital pictures. I am a NRSB Radon Measurement Specialist. Radon test results are delivered at the same day of radon pickup. I also offer a new and unique service called SewerScan. SewerScan is a video scan of your main sewer line (up to 100 ft), that helps identify issues inside the sewer line like offsets, tree roots and damage to the main sewer line.
I'm a local to Anne Arundel County with over 20 years of residential construction experience. I'm a second generation carpenter with extensive knowledge of building practices including historic homes. Home is where a lot of life happens. It should be safe and secure from the start. I'm here to assist with clarifying what you're walking into!
