Our business is family-owned and oriented. We inspect our client's homes the same way we would for our family, because nothing is more important than the confidence in a home you see your family growing in. We inspect everything that can be seen and touched; from the very top of the house to the very bottom, and UNDERNEATH. We begin by inspecting everything on the roof, the outside siding of the home, electrical outlets & switches, plumbing, windows, floors, doors, ceiling. We crawl into attics and crawlspaces. We also test major kitchen appliances (stoves/ovens, refrigerators, built-in microwaves, dishwashers), as well as water heaters and HVAC (heating and cooling) units if the weather permits. All reports include labeled pictures to illustrate issues observed, just in case you can't make it to your appointment! We also include a FREE pest inspection, conducted at the same time as the home inspection. Talk about hitting two birds with one stone! One of our inspectors is fluent in Korean.

Desert Sky Inspections is owned and operated by Eliseo Ramirez, not a franchise or a crew of subcontractors — the same inspector who answers your call is the one who shows up and does your inspection. He's an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, a HUD-approved inspector, and an FAA-licensed drone pilot, so roofs and hard-to-reach areas get inspected safely from the air instead of guessed at from the ground. Every inspection comes with a clear, detailed report you can actually understand, not confusing checkboxes and jargon. We also offer mold testing, and services are available in both English and Spanish. Whether you're buying, selling, or just want peace of mind about your home, you'll get an honest, thorough look and straight answers to your questions — no upsells, no pressure.
