We were established in 1975. Founder William Ennett was born and raised in Sneads Ferry and after a lucrative military career, he and his wife returned from Germany to build their dream. Bringing a taste of Europe, they offer something very unique with The Eagle's Nest! This place was built on honest old fashioned hard work. There is a pride in what we offer and it will be immediately evident when you arrive. All of our homes are furnished, include washer and dryers and have water, sewer and trash included in the rent. We provide the tools necessary to maintain your yard and encourage participation in keeping our community beautiful. All you need is you! We are old fashioned. We currently accept cash or check for payment of rent. The kicker is in the contract though. For mobile homes we require a 15 day move-out notice. For the houses, a 30 day move-out notice.
