Paws & Properties combines trusted pet care, home watch services, and Rhode Island real estate expertise all in one personalized business. Founded by Sherri Ann Boisvert, a 27-year full-time mathematics teacher and Rhode Island real estate professional, we provide dependable, professional care for both your pets and your property. Specializing in overnight pet & home care, dog walking, vacation home watch services, property check-ins, pet transport, and concierge-style support, Paws & Properties offers clients peace of mind while away from home. Our services go beyond standard pet sitting by providing a professional “lived-in” home presence, mail and package retrieval, plant care, light home tidying, and detailed property checks. We also assist clients with real estate needs throughout Rhode Island, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with trusted local knowledge and personalized service. Whether you need a reliable pet and home attendant while traveling or guidance with buying, selling, or investing in Rhode Island real estate, Paws & Properties is dedicated to professionalism, communication, and care you can trust.
I specialize in representing Sellers and Buyers with all of their Real Estate needs. Honesty, Integrity, Determination, and Dedication is my approach when dealing with clients and I make sure I always put their best interest first. I do not focus on just closing the deal but rather work hard to build a long term friendship with all of my clients while ensuring their hard earned money is invested wisely. I want to become their trusted advisor when it comes to their Real Estate needs. I have a deep understanding of negotiating which gives me an edge in making sure my clients get the best deal. I also have an extensive knowledge and an eye for identifying potential issues with a homes condition before it even gets to the inspection stage which allows me to negotiate a better deal for my clients. Reach out to me today to experience what it's like to work with a Real Estate Agent that will be there for you long after the transaction is closed.
