Ty’s passion for the outdoors began on his grandparents’ farm near Boonville, where he spent countless hours hunting and fishing. He carried that passion with him to the University of Missouri, where he played baseball for four years while earning a degree in Business Administration—often rushing from practice straight to the deer stand. After completing his baseball career at the University of Arkansas and earning a Master’s in Operations Management, Ty pursued his real estate license and returned to central Missouri.
