T & R Properties is the Property Management & Leasing division of a family owned and operated Real Estate Investment Partnership based in California. The investment partnership began in 1975 developing Commercial properties and subsequently diversified the portfolio through acquisitions. The commercial real estate investments cover a large region throughout the United States with two operation offices located in Canoga Park, California and Tempe, Arizona. The family focuses on value added multi-tenant commercial real estate investments and maintains a portfolio of Single Tenant NNN properties.
