The Owner, Landlord is consulted throughout the process of Advertising, Applications, Screenings, Lease Agreements, Repairs, Close-Outs and more..The Lease Agreement is between the Landlord and their Tenant. Tammi Schilling is Listed as the Assistant to the Owners. All rents are collected are payable to the Owners. The Owners hold their Tenants Security Deposit. The Owners do not have to directly deal with their Tenant, but pays us a fee to Assist them in the management of their Rental Property.
