Do you have a rental property that you manage yourself but never get around to “doing the books?” I can help you with your financials and bring you up to speed if you have forgotten to do your financials for a while… or years. Forget QuickBooks; I use property management software made specifically for rental properties. If you have more than one (1) rental property, your properties will be set-up separately; there is no co-mingling of income and expenses on the financials. You will see the income/expenses of each property, separately and, if you request it, I will provide a separate combined Summary by Property of all your rental properties on one financial sheet. For a low monthly cost, you supply the income and expense information for your property(ies) via email, text, mail, or carrier pigeon, daily, weekly, or monthly, and I’ll get you sorted in no time so we can continue on a smooth financial path. Within 10 days after the end of each month, you will receive your monthly financials, including copies of paid invoices that you’ve submitted, so you can keep track of it as we move forward. Bank reconciliations are provided, as well. In January of the following year, you will receive a complete package of your income and expenses for your property(ies) that you can give to your CPA.
