Located in Huntsville, Ala., Steak-Out operates as a full-service restaurant. It serves a number of food specialties in the categories of entrees, sandwiches, salads and dressings and desserts, to name a few. The restaurant offers entree items, consisting of wildfire ribeye, savory sirloin, chopped steak, fire grilled chicken fillet and grilled shrimp, among others. In addition, Steak-Out provides several add-ons, including roll, steak-out buttery spread, sour cream or dressing, baked potato, crock/sour cream and seaside grilled shrimp.

Earth and Stone Wood Fired Pizza was started in May 2013 by Stan Stinson and Tina Ford as a mobile pizza vendor and caterer. Our first event was at The Greene Street Farmer's Market in Huntsville, Alabama. We bought our first mobile pizza oven with hopes to travel and to attend festivals. Little did we know that Huntsville had other plans for our little pizza oven on a trailer.
