Proudly Serving was born in a driveway during the uncertainty of the pandemic. Owner Matthew McIvor's desire to unite people during that time was simple, food, comforting food. What started as cooking burgers for friends and neighbors quickly became a way to recreate the connection Matt had with eating at diners throughout his childhood in New Jersey.
