It's what's for dinner." Those are sacred words at Peter's Steakhouse. Priding themselves on serving only the finest dry aged prime cuts of beef, Peter's focus is on just that..BEEF! Peter Buchner was schooled at one of the world's finest steakhouses, Peter Luger's in New York City. He spent over 20 years learning how to select the finest cuts of beef and more importantly, how to prepare them for his customers. Utilizing his lifetime of restaurant experience, Peter Buchner has orchestrated a steakhouse that performs for the truest of beef lovers.
