The Cafe Gouda menu offers both traditional and unique dishes, serving delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Owner Margie Rapp was born and raised in Hickory, NC. However, after college she traveled and lived all over the country. It was during her travels to various regions that she learned to enjoy a lot of different foods. Margie's desire was to have a restaurant that was unique. Margie ultimately combined some of her favorite restaurant experiences with her own creative ideas to come up with Cafe Gouda's menu. Opened in November of 2000, Cafe Gouda has become a popular spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Hickory area. Choose from a traditional breakfast plate, such as stuffed French toast or an egg wrap for breakfast. For lunch we have a variety of unique and delicious sandwiches, soups, and over-the-top salads.
