This top-class restaurant was opened by restaurateur and celebrity chef Charlie Palmer, a chef famous for his contemporary American twists on classic French cuisine. The restaurant is an almost Nordic combination of blond wood and clean design lines, the perfect atmosphere in which to enjoy some of the restaurant's delicious creations. The steaks are all perfectly cooked and served with a variety of sides, perfect in their preparation and freshness; there is also a good selection of seafood and other entrees for non-steak lovers.
