Serving Buffalo with Flavor, Heart, and Hospitality Welcome to Marie’s Kitchen, proudly owned and operated by Demetrius Richards of Richards Enterprises. Located inside Buffalo City Hall at 65 Niagara Square, Marie’s Kitchen is more than a cafeteria—it is a place where great food, community, and family legacy come together. Marie’s Kitchen officially opened its doors on Monday, March 16, 2026, bringing fresh, flavorful breakfast and lunch options to City Hall employees, visitors, and members of the downtown Buffalo community. A Legacy in Every Meal Marie’s Kitchen is named in honor of Demetrius Richards’ late mother, Yvonne Marie Harris. Her memory, strength, and legacy are an important part of the heart behind this business. Every meal we serve carries a piece of that legacy. The name “Marie’s Kitchen” represents family, warmth, and the belief that good food has the power to bring people together. Proud to Be Part of Downtown Buffalo! Being located in the heart of downtown Buffalo inside City Hall gives us the opportunity to serve a diverse community every day. Our customers include City Hall employees, visitors conducting business, downtown workers, and neighbors from throughout the community. We are proud to be a part of Buffalo and committed to creating a cafeteria experience that people can count on for quality food, friendly service, and genuine hospitality. We are accredited by the BBB and MWBE.
