A restaurant entirely run by students, The Dining Lab at Monroe College offers its patrons a delicious pre-fixe menu at exciting rates! As a part of their curriculum, students at the School of Hospitality Management and the Culinary Arts at Monroe are expected to prepare these meals. In other words, you are guaranteed an A-grade meal! The menu changes often in order to incorporate the finest local and seasonal ingredients and offer meals that are of great quality and taste.
