The Metropole, located inside the 21c Museum Hotel, is the perfect blend of the traditional and the modern. With the building architecture dating back to the early 1900s and the smell of wood fired ovens, it is difficult to imagine yourself in the 21st century. Chef Bennett's creations, in contrast, are strikingly modern. They have a new age culinary design, but one bite and the smoky meat and the vibrant ingredients transport you to the rustic farmlands of America. Although dinner is the busiest time of the day, the restaurant is also open, everyday, for breakfast and lunch, as well as for brunch, on the weekends.
