Founded in 1981, Yours Truly Restaurants is a family-owned and operated chain of more than five food establishments in Ohio. Its breakfast menu includes scrambled eggs, signature wraps, French toast, buttermilk pancakes, corned beef, breads and seasonal fruit. The restaurants also offer a variety of food options for lunch and dinner, such as salmon filets, tuna steaks, grilled chicken quesadillas, cheeseburgers, buffalo wraps, traditional grilled cheese, hot dogs and ice cream. Additionally, the restaurants organize special recreational activities for children. Yours Truly Restaurants, with a location in Gates Mills, Ohio, publishes a bimonthly newsletter that offers information on culinary trends and upcoming events. Fueled by their mutual passion for fish and adventure, our founders set out to create a unique dining experience- one that would take the mystery out of fish for people who didn't eat it very often, and yet provide further mystery for the truly adventurous. In their search to find fish from the waters of the world, they hunted down fish purveyors with the same commitment to quality as theirs. They hired a responsible fish guy who never stops traveling in search of unique species. Today, the founders' ritual of receiving, inspecting and hand cutting fish daily is still practiced by the partners at Bonefish Grill. Our batters are all made from scratch, every day, and are carefully prepared and blended by hand using only the very freshest and finest quality ingredients available. The original menu of authentic national and ethnic pancake recipes has gained national acclaim and remains unchanged to this day. Specialties include our Dutch Baby and our Apple Pancake. Our recipes use only the highest quality ingredients such as 93 score butter, pure whipping cream, fresh Grade AA eggs, hardwheat unbleached flour and our own sourdough yeast. The coffee blend we use is specially roasted just for our restaurant. Our ham and Canadian Bacon are naturally hickory smoked, and our smoked bacon is sliced extra thick.
