Mickey Mantle's Steakhouse

Mickey Mantle's, awarded many times since its opening, is definitely one of Oklahoma's places to see and be seen; it is frequently occupied by celebrities and other locals of note. The dining area is spacious and despite the huge floor area - 10,000 square feet - there is a feeling of seclusion and intimacy. The menu is short but each dish is prepared to its utmost potential. There is a full bar and Mickey Mantle's is also a fantastic restaurant to consider for your next private or corporate event. Reservations are recommended.

Chuck House Restaurant

Absolutely the best chicken-fried steak you will ever taste can be found at a little out-of-the-way fast-food restaurant on 10th Street. They have other things on the menu, including fried chicken and burgers, but people go there for the chicken-fried steak. This restaurant has been under the same ownership since it opened in the late 1970s, and except for a new coat of paint now and then, it has not changed much. You will especially love the original wood paneling. You can get a sandwich with fries or a dinner, both with a drink, for less than 10 dollar.

Mahogany Prime Steakhouse

This is a restaurant where steak is the star - where great steak is the rule, not the exception. Mahogany's steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef known for its excellence in marbling, texture and flavor. We broil it exactly the way you like it at 900 degrees to lock in the corn-fed flavor. We serve it sizzling on a heated plate so that it stays hot throughout your meal. Selections from the ocean include Australian Rock lobster and the freshest fish daily based on availability. Service will be outstanding, but provided in a casual, less intimidating fine-dining atmosphere.

Tucker's Onion Burgers

Allium Cepa is the genus and species name for one of the world's most beloved vegetables, the onion. Here at Tucker's they focus on the age old tradition of adding onions to their burgers, both within the beef and also piled high on top. It is said that this tradition started during the Great Depression when beef was scarce and onions could stretch the meal a little further. The combo is obvious and the love stayed permanently with the addition of everything onion to their burgers in this entire region. The kitchen's focus is definitely on the burgers and they only have fries and drinks as other options. However you can still find one single solitary salad on the menu, called 'The One', it is made with lettuce, onions, Frito chips, cheese, pinto beans, tomatoes and Catalina dressing. By far, the healthiest choice on the menu.
