Weber’s Superior Root Beer might have root beer in its name, but it is even more famous for being the place opened by the man who many consider to be the inventor of the modern hamburger, Oscar "Weber Bilby," who is said to have made the first hamburger at one of his 4th of July picnics in 1891. He opened this restaurant in 1933 and today it is still owned by his great grandson. Today, the burgers are still cooked on the original grill and their root beer is still made with their original recipe featuring 14 all-natural ingredients.
