In the trendy area of Downtown, Bullard restaurant offers some wholesome Texas style food. Their dishes are varied, offering BBQ, fried and grilled meat preparations with flavors that are an influence of Texas and Oregon dishes. Texans love meat and at the restaurant, they have an array of preparations of their premium cut steaks, chicken, braised elk and dry aged beef shoulder.
