Aspen Creek Grill

All the four locations of Aspen Creek Grill are popular for their deliciously creative menu and welcoming ambiance, and the Irving post of the chain is no different. An apt place for a lovely meal with your entire family or for an after-work dinner, Aspen Creek Grill is where good times roll. The restaurant is furnished with ample of comfy seating spaces and has several television screens mounted all around, making it a great spot to catch a good game. Their burgers have quite a fan following, especially the turkey & pastrami burger, in addition Aspen Creek Grill is known for their meat-infused pizzas and seafood laden salads. The grill is at its liveliest best during game nights, and if these coincide with happy hours, then the atmosphere is nothing less than euphoric.

Po’ Melvin’s

A popular lunch spot, Po Melvin's dishes up excellent Louisiana Cajun home cooking at reasonable prices. Don't look too hard in the oversized aquarium for the "invisible fish" as the sign suggests, they tend to be difficult to see. Set your sights on the unusually spicy Roast Beef or an exceptional Hand-Breaded Chicken Fried Steak dinner. Jalapeno cornbread, a favorite, is moist and spicy and has chunks of corn mixed throughout. No alcohol is served. Po Melvin's is close to DFW Airport and local hotels. Open monday to thursdays too.
