While you may not realize it, you have chosen to dine in a Texas Tech University classroom! Skyviews is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for 150 - 200 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Every day is a learning experience for our students, and we welcome comments and suggestions as we strive to improve your dining experience. We greatly appreciate your patronage. We are open Monday through Friday 11am-1pm for our daily lunch buffet and select evenings for Dinner Series throughout the year. We operate in accordance to the TTU Academic Schedule.

It's the effort we put into everything we serve. We start with never-frozen, 100% ground chuck for our handmade hamburger patties. Ground chuck is higher quality than regular hamburger meat and contains no fillers. It costs more, but when you're trying to build a great burger, you have to start with the best beef.
