Our restaurant is seafood-centric, coastal cooking with an equal amounts of concentration on the surf as on the local Texas turf. Our seafood is sourced sustainably from the best vendors all along the American coastline, with special attention paid to our friends on the Gulf.
Our menus are all about bold, seasonal flavors, using ingredients from the best local farmers, ranchers, and growers—because fresh just hits different. Behind the bar, we’re mixing up garden-to-glass cocktails with house-made syrups and fresh juices, plus a barrel select whiskey program that’s all about the good stuff. Twin Peaks is the ultimate sports lodge; everything is rarefied to make you feel special. Our entire menu is prepared in-house and to order, and endowed in generous portions to satisfy the healthiest appetites.
