We serve lunch + dinner seven days a week, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm). Our full bar features seasonally changing cocktails, craft beers, and an excellent selection of wines. Take a seat at a table, the bar or at our iPad bar. Our team will take care of you. It's all right here at our restaurant in The Woodlands, Texas. We use only 100% Black Angus natural beef from 44 Farms, grind our meat twice daily, and make our own bacon, sauces, sides, and buns - yes, we even have a gluten free bun from our in-house bakery. We make shakes from scratch, using milk from Mill-King Dairy. We use as much local, natural, hormone and antibiotic free products as possible.

Housed within the Hubbell & Hudson set-up that also features a bistro, Cureight allows plenty of space for Chef Austin Simmons to run free with his novel culinary concept. This Le Cordon Bleu chef borrows from French techniques and infuses it into American classics, and the result is divinely crafted plates expressive of simplicity and creativity. The restaurant is open only from Thursday through Saturday, and features an eight-course tasting menu crafted by the chef is paired with selective wines.
