All of our burgers are made to order, when you order. No steam trays, heat lamps or futuristic ways to keep food warm. Just a good old fashioned flat-top grill and 3 deep fryers, so your food will be hot, not warm when you get it. We use fresh beef and potatoes, never frozen. We do not even have a freezer in the restaurant! Our beef patties are made here in Spokane for us, and our potatoes come out of Central Washington, machine peeled and hand cut!
