Kai is a one-of-a-kind restaurant that highlights the food from the Pima and Maricopa tribes. The name Kai means 'seed' in the Pima language and the kitchen adheres to this principle as it sources most of its ingredients from the nearby Gila River Community. Additionally, the tranquil patio provides views of the surrounding desert and the food makes it clear why this restaurant is considered as one of the best in the country. Kai is located in the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass and reservations are always highly recommended.
