Zubie's Dry Dock is a showcase of Huntington Beach's lifestyle: casual. The floor is covered with sawdust. The food was so beautifully presented that I almost didn't want to eat it, but thankfully I decided to give this place a try today and oh what a culinary delight it was! The food here is fabulous. What a find. I passed on this place once before because I thought the prices looked a smidge pricey on the menu, but this time we decided to stay and try it and I am very glad we did. The chef here is top notch and the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the dishes told me that I got a lot of quality for a modest sum. This is not your typical "Mexican restaurant." It an elevated culinary experience. If you told me this restaurant had a Michelin star I would not be surprised. It was that good. The quality of the food and the presentation of the plates was first class. I will be back again next week!
