The Perfect Landing Restaurant has been owned and operated by the Carter family since 1992. Jim and Sean, a 1995 graduate of Johnson and Wales, Providence, RI, and their wonderful staff have always strived to exceed your expectations. The Perfect Landing has grown over the years with the growth of the Centennial Airport. We have continually developed new menu items while refining the classics. At the Original Pancake House in Denver we serve a delicious variety of breakfast and brunch favorites including pancakes of all kinds, crepes, French toast, fluffy omelets, Belgian waffles, benedicts and other hearty egg plates. Feature dishes are the German style oven baked Dutch Baby Pancake and Apple Pancake - both customer favorites for many years. Other favorites are corned beef hash and eggs, thick cut honey cured bacon and eggs, biscuits with homemade sausage gravy and fabulous, locally made green chile served on unique omelettes and benedicts.
