Our main focus is to roast coffee while maintaining quality control throughout the year via various cuppings and tastings. We receive hundreds of samples and test new brew methods weekly. All of our coffees are fine specialty grade coffees. Our green coffee buying team purchases coffee right after it is harvested to make sure you get the freshest cup of coffee possible. We continuously monitor new offerings from 5+ coffee importers to find new and interesting taste profiles. Paradeco also works with farmers directly on the ground in growing countries. We have also created a scratch kitchen where all the food program magic happens. We make all our own syrups for our coffee and tea drinks with the highest quality control standards. For example we make our own vanilla, lavender, mocha and simple syrups. We make all food fresh daily. Our culinary team is skilled in preparing allergy friendly dishes.
