In 2004 when The Fly Trap opened, the goal was to have a 'finer diner', and they most certainly have succeeded. The Fly Trap serves up classic American diner breakfast and lunch dishes with a twist as well as some globally influenced dishes, and the whole menu is available any time, so you can order breakfast for dinner if you want.
