Coquelico
"Coquelico is the new bistro at The Mark Rothko Pavilion at The Portland Art Museum run by the team behind Providore Fine Foods. The café has a European flair and features breakfast, lunch and an afternoon aperitif focused menu. Days will start with croissants, pastries and savory items such as Gruyère + ham crêpes, then move into classic bistro lunch dishes like tartines and Parisian inspired salads. The dessert menu boasts the famous Rothko Cake and seasonal pavlovas accompanied by Stella coffee, Mariage Frere tea, wine, beer and vermouth cocktails. NOTE: Entrance is on the backside of the museum on 10th Avenue off of the plaza and next to the PAM store."

High above the city, Chart House promises the best dine-with-a-view experience in town. The tables are layered for unobstructed scenes through huge floor-to-roof windows. Although expensive, it is like nothing else in town. Though not very extensive, the menu has some really tasty delicacies on it. Seafood preparations dominate the list with most dishes being experimental. Exotic drinks are available from the full bar, which includes its award winning wines. Large tables, booths and smaller tables suit all size groups. Valet service is offered.
As seen on Man vs. Food. Breakfast & lunch. Especially breakfast, i.e. Mancakes and Smothered Bad Ass Omelets.
